Admittedly, civil suit challenging the recovery of `1,59,65,467/- sought to be made from principal debtor namely M/s Sai Traders (Rice Sheller) was decreed. Appeal has been preferred by the Corporation against the said order. Grievance of the petitioner is that it has not been considered for allotment of paddy. On this ground alone, its plea has been rejected vide order dated 28.12.2017. However, learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 1 & 2 submits that plea of the petitioner shall be reconsidered under the Policy in case it furnishes adequate security to the satisfaction of the Managing Director. The decision in this regard shall be taken within one week.
