Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Krishan Kumar in case FIR No. 11 dated 27.04.2017, registered under Section(s) 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 at Police Station S.V.B. Hisar, District Hisar. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that complainant has already made statement that the matter was relating to financial dealing between the parties and the same has been settled and there is statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. as well. However, as per FIR, available on the file, sample voice of petitioner was sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory for examination and according to its report, probable voice of petitioner matched with the sample voice.

As such, the matter requires intensive investigation and no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Hence, present petition stands dismissed.
