By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to count termination period of service as qualifying service for the purpose of pensionary benefits including gratuity, leave encashment and other retiral benefits and pension be fixed accordingly and to release the arrears along with interest @ 18%. 2.

Perusal of reply transpires that order dated 28.02.2018 (R-1) has already been passed, whereby, the relief sought through instant petition has been granted.
