(Oral) This is the petitioner's third attempt to get bail during the pendency of trial in a criminal case arising from FIR No.82 dated 1.4.2021, under Sections 21, 21C of the NDPS Act and Section 25 sub sections 6, 7, 8 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Maqboolpura, District Amritsar. As per case of the prosecution, 255 grams heroin has been recovered from the petitioner, which falls in the category of 'commercial'. Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner, apart from the present case, is also involved in the following cases : 1.

FIR No. 30 dated 22.2.2018 2.

FIR No. 96 dated 17.6.2019 3.

FIR No. 184 dated 21.11.2019 4.

FIR No. 320 dated 1.11.2020 5.

FIR No. 16 dated 16.1.2021 6.

FIR No. 143 dated 22.4.2022 Keeping in view the rigours of Section 37 of the NDPS Act and the various cases in which the petitioner is an accused, no ground to grant bail is made out.

Dismissed.
