(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.127 dated 20.06.2023, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 427, 452 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 12.07.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Nirmal, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 12.07.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
