-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.55 dated 30.7.2016 registered under Section 22 of NDPS Act at Police Station Jodhan, District Ludhiana.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the proceedings before the trial Court pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court and has also deposited cost of `10,000/- with the concerned District Legal Services Authorities and produced the receipt, which is taken on record.

( 2 ) CRM-M-34130-2022 State counsel on instructions from ASI Dalwinder Singh has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 4.8.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Further the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
