By this common order, I intend to dispose of two petitions bearing CRM-M-33849 of 2020 (O&M) titled as Abdul Saeed vs. State of Haryana and CRM-M-3249 of 2021 (O&M) titled as Anjum

CRM-M-33849 of 2020 -2Khan and others vs. State of Haryana, as both these petitions have arisen out of the same FIR.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) states that petitioners have since joined the investigation and as such the present petitions be accepted.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Raj Singh, concedes this fact, further stating that no recovery is to be effected from the petitioner(s) in both the petitions and their custodial interrogation is not required.

It being so, both the petitions are accepted. The interim bail granted to the petitioner - Abdul Saeed , vide order dated 21.12.2020 (in CRM-M-33849-2020) and petitioners- Anjum Khan and others vide order dated 25.1.2021(in CRM-M-3249-2021), is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of following conditions:- i) that the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when asked to do so by the Investigating Officer.

ii)that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer. iii)that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

iv)that the petitioners shall surrender their passport before the Investigating Officer and if they are not having passport then they shall file an affidavit in that regard.

CRM-M-33849 of 2020 -3In case the petitioners violate any term and condition on which the bail has been granted to them, the prosecution would be entitled to apply for cancellation of bail.

Both the petitions in that way are allowed.
