(Oral) The petitioner seeks a mandamus to direct the authorities of district Karnal to carry-out correction in the voter list and consequently delete certain names from the voter list of village Gobindgarh. The aforesaid relief has been sought on the basis of report dated 10.08.2015 (P-9) said to have been submitted by Naib Tehsildar, Nissing. It is not in dispute that vide notification dated 08.09.2015, elections of Gram Panchayats in the State of Haryana have been announced and election process has started. In this view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition and dismiss the same with liberty to the petitioner to raise such a plea at an appropriate stage and before the appropriate forum.
