CWP-13527-2018 (O&M) CWP-13515-2018 (O&M) -2Union of India and another, decided on 29.08.2022, hence, the present petitions may kindly be disposed of in the same terms and conditions as has been stipulated in Independent Schools' Federation of India (Regd.)'s case (supra).

Keeping in view the above, the present petitions are disposed of in the same terms and conditions as held in Independent Schools' Federation of India (Regd.)'s case (supra) 4.
