The instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus with the direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to produce and release the detenue Amandeep Kaur who is in illegal detention of respondent Nos. 4 to 7 since 01.10.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 09.10.2020 (Annexure P1) submitted by the petitioner.
