**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.249 dated 24.10.2019 under Sections 420, 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Canal Colony Bathinda. Written Statement of behalf of respondent No.2 has been filed in Court today, the same is taken on record.

Learned State counsel informs that Court that the petitioner has been declared innocent on 07.11.2023.

In the light of above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
