In view of the fact that the main suit has been withdrawn, nothing survives in the present case. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the applicant-appellant, the date of hearing in the main appeal is preponed from 27.10.2022 to today and the main case (SAO-26-2022) is taken on Board today itself.

MAIN CASE Learned counsel for the appellant states that a compromise has been effected between the parties and the main suit has since been withdrawn.
