**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied in case the respondent authorities are directed to take an early action against respondents No. 4 and 5, pursuant to the communication dated 26.7.2016 (Annexure P-12).

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Village Development and Panchayat Departmentrespondent No.2 to ensure that an early action is taken pursuant to the communication dated 26.7.2016 (Annexure P-12), by passing an appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present writ petition stands disposed of.
