**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuing direction to the respondent Bank to grant permission to the petitioners to sell the property i.e. Eldico State Villa. A further prayer for quashing of the order dated 09.05.2018 (Annexure P-5) has also been made.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the property in dispute has already been sold by the respondentBank. Accordingly, a prayer was made that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
