This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent No. 1 and 2 for violating the order dated 26.05.2023 passed by this Court in CM-9290-CWP-2023 in/and CWP 9883-2022. 2.

Compliance report by way of short Affidavit of D.P.S. Kharbanda, Director, Technical Education and Industrial Training, Punjab, on behalf of respondent No.2 has been filed in the Registry by the learned counsel for the respondents. The same is taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the order dated 26.05.2023 passed in CM-9290-CWP-2023 in/and CWP 9883BANITA CHUGH 2024.04.04 10:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP No. 1933 of 2023 -22024:PHHC:044310 2022 has been complied with and necessary orders dated 05.09.2023 and 11.09.2023 have been passed.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition does not survive any more and the same is rendered infructuous and dismissed, as such.

However, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail any other alternative remedy, but in accordance with law, if they feel aggrieved of the orders passed by the respondents.
