Mr. S.S. Chadha, Advocate For the respondent (Not Present) * * * * Mohan Singh-Appellant, herein, filed a divorce petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act. The said petition was dismissed. Hence, this appeal at his instance.

Mr. Hitesh Verma, Advocate filed his power of attorney on behalf of the appellant, which is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant has filed the affidavit of Mohan Singh-Appellant, wherein, he has stated that he does not want to pursue his appeal and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, the matter having been compromised with the respondent. The affidavit of the appellant is also taken on record. This being the position, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
