The State counsel on instructions from ASI Narinder submits that indeed the police has prepared the cancellation report in the present case.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner made prayer that the present petition be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid submission made by the Sate counsel with liberty to revive the same if any action of action survives in future.
