Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the Assistant Director, Recruitment Board has recommended the name of the petitioner for the appointment to the post of ETT and correspondence regarding the same has been handed over to this Court which is taken on record as Mark A. A copy of the same has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is further submitted that the appointment letter would be issued to the petitioner as soon as possible in accordance with law. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of at this stage. 3.
