ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) The petitioner competed for selection to the post of Hindi Lecturer (School Cadre), in the 'BC' category. Concededly, the last candidate, who has been called for interview, in the category of the petitioner, had obtained 138 marks (cutt-off), whereas the petitioner secured 128 marks.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in this petition, and the same be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
