The peƟƟoner was arrested for accepƟng a bribe amount of Rs.1.20 Lakhs. Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that the peƟtoner is voluntarily complied with all the condiƟons as directed in the order dated 29.08.2023. 3.

Duly notarised affidavit handed over to State counsel during the course of hearing, who inturn handover the same to the invesƟgator and employer of the peƟƟoner. 4.

State counsel does not refute the submission of counsel for the peƟƟoner. 5.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is allowed and interim bail granted vide order dated 29.08.2023 is made absolute. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
