(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of statutory remedy of appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, District Karnal.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case, any such appeal is filed, the Divisional Commissioner, District Karnal shall take a liberal view as regards the limitation prescribed for filing of appeal. In case, any application for stay of impugned order is filed with such appeal, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
