-.- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The dispute raised in this writ petition pertains to apportionment of compensation amount received in lieu of acquisition of the land. The petitioner claims the acquired land was owned by the proprietors but the Gram Panchayat says the land had vested in it. Unless such dispute is resolved by the appropriate forum, we are afraid that no direction restraining the respondents from apportionment of compensation amount can be issued.
