(ORAL) This is a Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to 3 for taking disciplinary action against respondent No.5 under the Provision of Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 and other law of land for the embezzlement and irregularities committed by him while misusing his post of Sarpanch during her tenure.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the order Annexure R-4, the counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy in accordance with law with respect to the grievances raised by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present Civil Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
