       This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to inspect the petitioner's brick>kiln and to verify and approve the advanced version of zig>zag technology being used by him. It is observed that this issue was taken up before the National Green Tribunal, New Delhi, (NGT) where the petitioner has also moved certain applications in OA No. 1016 of 2019
 



           wherein orders were passed by the National Green Tribunal on 15.11.2019 to close down all the brick kilns in the NCR which were coal operated. It is further submitted that in view of the detailed order dated 17.02.2021 passed by the NGT, nothing further survives for adjudication in the petition as all concerned including the petitioner have to comply with the orders passed by the NGT.

Learned counsel appearing for Central Pollution Control Board as well as Haryana Pollution Control Board submit that they are also bound to comply with the orders passed by the NGT and in case the petitioner's brick RAVINDER SHARMA 2022.03.31 17:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No. 18171 of 2020 (O&M) [2] kiln is not found in conformity with the directions/orders issued by the NGT, appropriate steps would be taken by them against the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the orders dated 15.11.2019, 15.10.2020 and 17.02.2021 passed by the National Green Tribunal, wherein this issue has been considered and dealt with as well as in terms of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, the petition stands disposed of.
