In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 26.05.2022 (Annexure P-4) vide which, the petitioner was ordered to be prematurely retired from service. The petitioner has also challenged the adverse remarks regarding integrity in the confidential report for the period from 01.04.2021 to 21.03.2022. The petitioner has further challenged the order dated 15.06.2022 (Annexure P-7) whereby the representation filed by the petitioner against the above said adverse remarks, has been dismissed.

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in terms of the interim order passed by this Court on 04.08.2022, the petitioner has continued in service and has retired upon RIMPAL RANI 2026.04.17 13.12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

attaining the age of superannuation as 58 years i.e. on 31.08.2025. Learned Senior counsel further submits that the retiral benefits have been granted to the petitioner by considering his age of superannuation as 58 years on 31.08.2025.

In light of the above said facts, learned senior counsel submits that nothing survives in the present writ petition and prays that the same may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application for revival of the writ petition, if any cause still survives. 4.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous, with liberty as prayed for. 5.

Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand(s) disposed of accordingly.
