Petitioner has sought action against respondent no. 6 on the ground that he has amassed wealth which is disproportionate to his known source of income. According to him, inquiry was conducted which is on record as annexure P1. It is, thus, necessary that action needs to be taken against him. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that petition has been filed in order to settle personal scores as petitioner and respondent no. 6 have number of disputes. He submits that details thereof have been outlined in the report, Annexure P1 itself. He further submits that inquiry report Annexure P1 shall be looked into and decision shall be taken accordingly.

Petition has been filed with ulterior motive. Forum of this court cannot be used for settling personal scores. Dismissed. However, State shall be at liberty to examine the inquiry report, Annexure P1 & act as per law.
