RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for setting aside the impugned action/decision of respondent No.2 vide which respondent No.2 has decided to reduce the Collector rate of village Ahmadpur, Tehsil and District Sirsa from 22 lacs per acre to 17.60 lacs per acre, as the decision to reduce the collector rate is suffering from ill will, bad intention and to cause loss to the petitioners as well as other land owners of the village, which is totally illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice. It is also prayed to direct respondent No.2 to consider the objection filed by the petitioners and to provide personal hearing to the petitioners at the time of decision to reduce the Collector rate. It is also prayed to direct respondent No.2 to fix the Collector rate @ Rs.35 lacs per acre at par with the revenue estate of village Shamshabad Patti as the area of village Ahmadpur is situated near to the Municipal limits in comparison to the area of village MEENU 2024.05.07 14:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
