The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of sale notice Annexure P-6 issued by respondent No. 1 in violation and breach of the order dated 31.05.2016 (Annexure P-4) passed by this Court in CWP-11237-2016 whereby respondent No. 1 was directed to maintain status quo with regard to premises in question. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedy, as may be available to it, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to it, in accordance with law.
