(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 4th respondent-District Elementary Education Officer, Bhiwani to take appropriate action on the representation dated 05.12.2016 (Annexure P-7) within a stipulated period in view of the judgments passed by this Court vide Annexures P-3 to P-5. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the 4th respondent-District Elementary Education Officer, Bhiwani to consider the representation dated 05.12.2016 (Annexure P-7) within a period two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon in accordance with law.
