Mr. R.N.Lohan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that petitioners, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.1 to consider and decide legal notice dated 24.04.2019 (Annexure P-8) within some specified time. In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the legal notice dated 24.04.2019 (Annexure P-8) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
