***** KIRTI SINGH, J.(Oral) By way of instant petition, petitioners have approached this Court for issuance of directions to respondents No.4 and 5 for handing over the investigation of the case FIR No.472 dated 10.12.2023 registered under Sections 306, 34 of IPC, at Police Station Matlauda, District Panipat to respondent No.2 i.e. State Crime Branch, District Panipat, Haryana and in this regard a representation dated 03.05.2024 (Annexure P-3) has been submitted to respondent No.2.

Learned State counsel had filed status report dated 16.07.2024, by way of affidavit of Sandeep Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, HQ, Panipat, on behalf of the respondents No.1, 3 to 5. 3.
Learned State counsel while referring to para No.2 of above said status report submits that the police has collected the relevant material pertaining to this case and after completion of the investigation in proper, fair and impartial manner, an untraced report was prepared on 24.06.2024 on KAVITA NAIN 2024.07.26 12:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document order/judgment
