RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.62, dated 08.04.2022, under Sections 376, 506 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Kotwali, Bathinda District Bathinda.
After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to surrender before the concerned Court.
Allowed to do so.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within ten days from today and applies for bail, the concerned Court would deal with the same in accordance with law and decide the same expeditiously.
