Present revision petition has been filed by defendant No.1 (petitioner herein), challenging the order dated 21.05.2022 (P-1), whereby, learned Trial Court allowed the application filed by the plaintiff (respondent No.1 herein) under Section 154 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872. 2.
Today, on the very outset, counsel informs the Court that on account of finalization of the proceedings of suit before the Trial Court, present revision petition is rendered infructuous, and thus, same may be disposed of as such.
