(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that unauthorized construction has been raised by respondent No.4 in House No.3521, Sector 11, Urban Estate, Jind, which is contrary to Rules and sanctioned plan. A legal notice was also served but no action has been taken.

On asking of the Court, notices on behalf of respondents-HSVP have been accepted by Mr. Rajesh K. Sheoran, Advocate. Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions sought telephonically from Ram Pal Singh, JE submits that encroachment has been removed.

In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, nothing survives in the present writ petition. Disposed of accordingly.
