In view of the fact that petitioner's land which was sought to be acquired has been released and by virtue of ad interim stay granted by this Court, he continued to enjoy its possession and was not dispossessed, we are satisfied that the claim re: to compensate the petitioner for mental harassment etc. has not been rightly entertained by the Land Acquisition Collector. Dismissed.
