The petitioners have purchased flats in project setup by respondent No.5. They are aggrieved of letter dated 18.05.2021 issued by respondents No. 2 and 3, whereby revised layout plan has been sanctioned. Their grievance primarily is that the allottees were not heard before sanctioning of the revised plan.

Ms. Tanisha Peshawaria, DAG, Haryana has placed on record copy of show cause notice dated 08.09.2022. The show cause notice has been issued by Senior Town Planner to respondent No.5 on the objections submitted by the petitioners and other allottees regarding the sanctioning of the revised building plan. Respondent No.5 has been asked to appear before the Chief Town Planner, Haryana on 14.09.2022 in response to the objections of the petitioners. In view of the above, there is no ground to proceed with the

CWP-17400-2022 -2present writ petition and the same is disposed of. It is made clear that before passing any order, the petitioners may also be heard.
