CWP-14905-2024 -2aforesaid order dated 21.06.2014 (Annexure P-14) is assailable in appeal before the Director, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, Haryana. She further places reliance upon the judgments passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-7479-2023 and CWP-4889-2023 decided on 17.04.2023 and 14.09.2023, respectively.

In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy of appeal before the Director, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, Haryana. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
