(Oral) By consent of learned counsel for the parties, the revision petition is disposed of inasmuch as the impugned order is set aside and a direction is issued to the trial Court to consider the application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC afresh and then dispose it of in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order there. While disposing of the application, the trial Court will not be influenced by any other order passed in that regard earlier.
