Status report dated 19.02.2025, by way of affidavit PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Kharar, District SAS Nagar, has been filed on behalf of respondent-State. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present case with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars. 3.
