Accordingly, the present writ petitions are disposed of at this stage without commenting on the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, with a direction to the Director General of Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, Haryana (respondent No.2) to examine the representations
<! (34 and P-35) submitted by the petitioners alongwith all appended certificates/documents in relation to the validity of the sports achievements of the petitioners and also the Sports Gradation Certificate issued by the respondent-Department, within a period of three months of the receipt of
certified copy of this order and preferably after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. The decision taken by the respondent-Department may thereafter be conveyed to the Human Resources Department. Needless to mention that in the event the final decision being against the petitioners, the same shall be kept in abeyance for a period of two weeks to enable the petitioners to take recourse to an appropriate remedy, as per law.
