The appropriate forum to seek redressal of the grievance raised in this petition would be before the Armed Forces Tribunal. Be that as it may, as no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and same was the position on the earlier date, no one has pressed this petition.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
