HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASPAL SINGH.

Present: Mr.Akshay Bhan, Senior Advocate with Mr.Alok Mittal, Advocate, for the petitioner. -.-

1. Whether Reporters of Local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2. To be referred to the Reporters or not?

3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The petitioner claims that in the penultimate paragraph of the order dated 28.07.2015 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana, the finding re: "on Southern side one foot ahead of western corner....." is in contradiction with the finding returned immediate before that in the paragraph starting with expression "Even the Google Ariel view....."

The alleged contradiction, if any, can be appreciated by the learned Additional District Judge only and cannot be the subject matter of judicial review in exercise of writ jurisdiction.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks and is permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned Additional District Judge.
