**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant states that during the pendency of the present appeal, the respondent-wife had expired on 16.02.2014. He has produced a copy of the Death Certificate of the deceased-respondent 'Shashi Madan', in Court today, which is taken on record. The aforesaid fact has been affirmed by the learned counsel for the respondent.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the parties submitted that the present appeal has become infructuous and be disposed of as such. 3.
