ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 06.04.2006 passed in FAO No.1585 of 2006, vide which the parties were directed to maintain status quo regarding the possession. The petitioner alleges that despite the same, the respondents have demolished the wall of the premises, in question. As per the affidavit filed by respondent No.2, it is stated that in fact, the wall has been demolished by the GPA of the petitioner and in this regard, FIR No.313 dated 02.10.2022 under Sections 427, 148, 447, 511 IPC has been registered at Police Station Division B, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar and it is denied that there is any violation on the part of the respondents. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
