Petitioners have preferred this petition seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to pay cash and other awards to players, officials and team(s) who participated in the 6th World Kabaddi Cup, 2016 Punjab organized by Government of Punjab from 03.11.2017 to 17.11.2017.

Petition is disposed of with the direction that respondent no. 1 shall look into the matter and take appropriate decision at the earliest, in any case not later than six weeks.
