       It is informed by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 that parties have invoked the arbitration proceedings wherein all the issues raised in the petition have also been taken up and an award has been passed by the Arbitrator on 31.08.2016 in Arbitration Case No.1 of 2015 partly allowing the claim of the petitioners. A copy of the said award passed by the Arbitrator has been placed before this Court by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3, which is taken on record as 'MarkCX'. He further submits that the period for which the petitioners have been blackClisted is also over rendering this petition as infructuous.

Be that as it may, even none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
