Mr. Sherry K Singla, Advocate for the petitioners **** SURYA KANT, J. (Oral)  (1) It is stated that the petitioners have not been able to obtain copy of the Gram Panchayat resolution dated 19.11.1994 pursuant to which the then Sarpanch Smt. Raj Kaur deposed before the prescribed authority.

(2) In these circumstances when adequate opportunities have already been granted to the petitioners, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action along with relevant documents.
