***** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking directions to official respondents No.1 to 3 to register an FIR against the private respondents No.4 & 5 under Section 316, 318, 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as are available to the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
