The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for giving directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to get the detenue namely Khushi released from the illegal custody of respondent No.4. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions has submitted that the detenue and respondent No.4 shall not be harmed in any manner.

A perusal of the petition demonstrates that apparently the detenue, who is the young girl almost 18 years of age, has left the company of the father and is with respondent No.4.
