In this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondent No.8 to hand over the vacant physical possession of land measuring 19 kanals 5 marlas to respondent No.5 and also to pay the mesne profits to respondent No.5 at the rate of `5,00,000/- p.a alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. 2.

On 23.08.2017, 25.10.2017 and 01.12.2017, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even today also, there is no representation on his behalf.
